- Parents of the Primary students may meet the Teachers only as per the schedule given in the diary. Meeting the teachers during class hours is strcitly prohibited. Parents can meet the teachers on the Third Saturday of the Month (01.30 p.m. to 02.00 p.m.)
- KGand Nursery Students' Parents may meet the teachers only as per the schedule given in the diary. Meeting the teachers during class hours is strictly prohibited. Parents can meet the teachers on the Third Friday of the Month (12.30pm to 1.30pm)
Parents can meet the teachers on the stipulated days mentioned in the school diary. On other occasions parents may be allowed to meet the teachers only with the prior permission of the Principal. After each examination the parents will be called to meet the class teachers, on the date fixed by the school and progress report of their wards will be issued to them. Progress reports and final results will be given only to the parents.
